The multiplicity of the visa (Single, Double, Multi)
The validity of a visa (exact dates)
The name of the inviting organization/state institution and its address
Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of the inviting organization/state institutions
Invitation number

In case the visa application contains insufficient information, your documents cannot be accepted for a visa processing.
