Regarding to electronic invitations

Dear applicants applying for a visa based on an electronic invitation,
Please note that to complete the visa application form correctly the following information is required:

  • Visa type (Business visit, Humanitarian visit, Study etc.)
  • Purpose of visit (Cultural contacts, Scientific and technical contacts, Business, Press correspondent etc.)
  • The multiplicity of the visa (Single, Double, Multi)
  • The validity of a visa (exact dates)
  • The name of the inviting organization/state institution and its address
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of the inviting organization/state institutions
  • Invitation number

In case the visa application contains insufficient information, your documents cannot be accepted for a visa processing.

Working schedule during the holiday season in April-May 2026

Dear Applicants!

Please be informed about the Visa Application Center working schedule on the May Day celebrations (Golden Week) 2026.

Weekends and holidays of the Russian Embassy are not included into the processing time of visa applications and vice versa. Please kindly plan in advance your visit to the Visa Center and book an appointment.
